Guest Lecture on Software Process Improvement through CMMI

You cannot hope to build a better world without improving the individuals. To that end, each of us must work for his own improvement and, at the same time, share a general responsibility for all humanity, our particular duty being to aid those to whom we think we can be most useful. So, we members of sea came up with an idea of providing guest lecture on software process improvement. In this guest lecture we invited guests to teach how Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) helps to improve software process and decrease risks in software. The Capability Maturity Model Integration, or CMMI, is a process model that provides a clear definition of what an organization should do to promote behaviour’s that lead to improved performance.
